All Democratic candidates will qualify at the Historical Courthouse in the Ceremonial Courtroom located on the second floor of 121 S. McDonough Street, Jonesboro. Qualifying times for partisan candidates are Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 Noon.
